The benefits of energizer Yamizu water

Recommendations for the usage of Yamizu Bow
Drink :
Drink at least 2 liters of Yamizu water every day. At the beginning of the morning, drink a few glasses of energizer Yamizu water on an empty stomach. Since drinking water has no side effects, you can safely drink a lot of it, which is of great benefit to your health.
In the case of irregular digestion, continue to drink Yamizu water in the morning until you feel the need to defecate. In time, the intestine laziness gradually disappear.
Bath or shower :
Bathe in pure energizer Yamizu water for 1 hour at least once a week. This will purify and refresh your body, detoxify your body from free radicals and replenish your body with energy.
